# Cài đặt tự động gửi Email

Hệ thống hỗ trợ gửi Email tự động khi: 

* Ứng viên ứng tuyển thành công vào vị trí tuyển dụng
* Thông báo kết quả tới ứng viên

Trong trường hợp cài đặt tự động gửi Email theo các sự kiện**,** bạn tiến hành theo các thao tác sau:

**Bước 1:** Đăng nhập vào **Tài khoản nhà tuyển dụng** của bạn

**Bước 2**: Lựa chọn Không gian làm việc bạn muốn **cài đặt tự động gửi Email**

**Bước 3:** Tại thanh menu bên trái, tìm và nhấn vào mục **Mẫu Email**

**Bước 4:** Tại màn hình Mẫu Email, nhấn vào **Cài đặt tự động gửi**

Tại đây, cán bộ tuyển dụng có thể đổi nội dung Email trước khi gửi cho ứng viên, cũng như lựa chọn việc tự động gửi Email hay ko.&#x20;
