# Tạo mới Email 

Với tính năng ưu việt của iVIEC, bộ phận HR có thể gửi email đã được cá nhân hoá tới hàng loạt ứng viên cùng lúc. Tính năng này không chỉ giúp bạn tiết kiệm thời gian và tránh nhầm lẫn trong việc gửi email mà còn giúp ứng viên cảm nhận được sự coi trọng và chuyên nghiệp.

Hiện tại, Kho tài nguyên của iVIEC có sẵn các mẫu email gửi đến ứng viên. Bạn có thể sử dụng hoặc tuỳ chỉnh để phù hợp với công ty của mình.

#### Tạo mới Email <a href="#hstlolgzjgb8" id="hstlolgzjgb8"></a>

Trong trường hợp, bạn muốn tạo mới những email phù hợp với văn hoá của doanh nghiệp, bạn có thể thao tác theo các bước sau:

**Bước 1:** Đăng nhập vào **Tài khoản nhà tuyển dụng** của bạn

**Bước 2**: Lựa chọn Không gian làm việc bạn muốn **Tạo mới Email**

**Bước 3:** Tại thanh menu bên trái, tìm và nhấn vào mục **Mẫu Email**

**Bước 4:** Tại màn hình mẫu Email, nhấn **Tạo mới**

**Bước 5: Nhập các thông tin cần thiết** của mẫu Email

**Bước 6:** Nhấn **Lưu mẫu** để hoàn tất
