# Nhóm ứng viên

**Nhóm ứng viên** được tạo ra để giúp cán bộ tuyển dụng d**ễ dàng sắp xếp và lọc nhanh các ứng viên trong kho.** 

Việc phân nhóm ứng viên cho phép bạn quản lý danh sách ứng viên của mình khoa học hơn. Hệ thống không giới hạn số lượng nhóm, vì vậy cán bộ tuyển dụng có thể tạo và gán cho các ứng viên khi thấy phù hợp. 

### Để tạo nhóm ứng viên 

**Bước 1**: Tại kho ứng viên, chọn các ứng viên tiềm năng cho từng vị trí.

* &#x20;Cán bộ tuyển dụng <mark style="color:red;">**BẮT BUỘC**</mark> sử dụng bộ lọc để chọn ứng viên vào nhóm.&#x20;
* Trong trường hợp **import ứng viê**n,  cán bộ tuyển dụng <mark style="color:red;">gắn tag</mark> trong file import để sử dụng bộ lọc trên hệ thống.&#x20;

**Bước 2**: Nhấn chọn **tạo nhóm ứng viên,** sau đó **đặt tên nhóm ứng viên** tương ứng.&#x20;

**Bước 3:** Nhấn **lưu** đê hoàn tất quá trình
