# Hoạt động thi tuyển

Việc thiết lập thời hạn thi tuyển hợp lý là rất quan trọng để đảm bảo quá trình tuyển dụng diễn ra hiệu quả và công bằng. 

**Bước 1:** Tại màn hình Tuỳ chỉnh, nhấn chọn **Hoạt động thi tuyển**

**Bước 2:**  Nhập **thời hạn tham gia thi tuyển**

**Lưu ý:**&#x20;

* Thời hạn tham gia thi tuyển có thể thay đổi tùy theo từng doanh nghiệp và vị trí tuyển dụng. Một số vị trí nhạy cảm hoặc cần xem xét kỹ hơn có thể có thời hạn dài hơn hoặc không hết hạn. Lúc này người dùng có thể tick vào ô **Không hết hạn.**

**Bước 3**: Nhấn **Lưu** thông tin để hoàn tất quá trình
