# Thu thập CV tự động

Để sử dụng tính năng thu thập CV tự động, bạn cần:

* Chuẩn bị **Email hứng CV**. Vui lòng liên hệ đội ngũ hỗ trợ của iVIEC để được cấp Email này
* Nâng cấp gói dịch vụ **Enterprise** cho Workspace hiện tại

Để thu thập CV tự động, bạn tiến hành theo các thao tác sau: 

**Bước 1:** Đăng nhập vào **Tài khoản nhà tuyển dụng** của bạn

**Bước 2:  Chọn Workspace** bạn muốn thiết lập thu thập CV tự động&#x20;

**Bước 3**: Tại mục Tin tuyển dụng ở thanh menu, nhấn vào tin tuyển dụng bạn muốn thu thập CV tự động

**Bước 4:**  Tại màn hình chi tiết tin tuyển dụng, nhấn vào **Thu thập CV tự động**&#x20;

Sau khi nhấn vào Thu thập tự động, nhấn **Yêu cầu mở khoá tính năng.**&#x20;

Sau khi hệ thống iVIEC mở khoá, nhà tuyển dụng tiến hành thao tác:&#x20;

**Bước 5: Chọn Nguồn thu thập CV**&#x20;

**Bước 6:**  Lựa chọn 1 trong 2 cách thức thu thập CV tự động&#x20;

**Cách 1:** **Liên kết tin tuyển dụng tự động**&#x20;

**Gợi ý từ hệ thống:**&#x20;

* Tiêu đề tin tuyển dụng giống nhau, tối thiểu 70%
* <mark style="color:red;">Thêm Email iVIEC đã cấp làm email nhận hồ sơ khi đăng tin lên các jobsite khác</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">Email cán bộ phụ trách chính tin tuyển dụng trùng với Email nhận hồ sơ tại jobsite</mark>

**Cách 2: Liên kết tin tuyển dụng chỉ định**&#x20;

**Gợi ý từ hệ thống**: Tính năng này sẽ hứng CV theo tin tuyển dụng đã chỉ định trước. Theo đó, bạn cần

* Chọn nền tảng tuyển dụng cần hứng CV
* Chọn link tin tuyển dụng cần hứng CV&#x20;
* <mark style="color:red;">Thêm Email iVIEC đã cấp làm email nhận hồ sơ khi đăng tin lên các jobsite khác</mark>&#x20;
* <mark style="color:red;">Email cán bộ phụ trách</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">**chính**</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">tin tuyển dụng trùng với Email nhận hồ sơ tại jobsite</mark>
* <mark style="color:$primary;">Trong trường hợp</mark> <mark style="color:red;">hệ thống không thể lấy tiêu đề tin tuyển dụng</mark> (d*o giới hạn từ điều khoản dịch vụ hoặc cấu trúc trang*), người dùng sẽ được <mark style="color:red;">yêu cầu nhập thủ công tiêu đề TRÙNG với tin đăng trên nền tảng bên ngoài.</mark>

**Bước 7:** Nhấn **Lưu** để hoàn tất quá trình
