# Tùy chỉnh cột danh sách tin tuyển dụng

Khi tùy chỉnh cột trong danh sách tin tuyển dụng, bạn có thể xem dữ liệu cụ thể như số lượng ứng viên, trạng thái các tin, mức lương của từng tin, từ khoá…

Ví dụ: nếu bạn đang quan tâm đến số lượng ứng viên của mỗi tin tuyển dụng, bạn có thể tùy chỉnh cột để hiển thị số lượng ứng viên lên đầu tiên.

**Bước 1:** Tại màn hình **Tin tuyển dụng,** nhấn **Điều chỉnh cột**

**Bước 2**: Tuỳ chỉnh những cột thông tin bạn muốn hiển thị theo mức độ ưu tiên bằng 1 hoặc đồng thời 2 cách dưới đây:

**Cách 1**: Nhấn vào biểu tượng hình tròn để lựa chọn thông tin muốn hiển thị / không hiển thị

**Cách 2**: Kéo thả biểu tượng ![](/files/PpUDNM1y38Q6qh1cXGqG) để sắp xếp thứ tự các cột theo mức độ ưu tiên của bạn

**Bước 3**: Nhấn **Áp dụng**
