# Khai thác ứng viên trong tin tuyển dụng

Để có thể khai thác ứng viên trong tin tuyển dụng, bạn cần có ứng viên trong danh sách ứng tuyển.  Sau đó, tiến hành theo các thao tác sau: 

**Bước 1**: Trong workspace của bạn, tìm đến **Tin tuyển dụng**

**Bước 2**: Nhấn trực tiếp vào tin tuyển dụng bạn muốn khai thác ứng viên&#x20;

**Bước 3**: Tại màn hình chi tiết tin tuyển dụng đã chọn, tiến hành chọn ứng viên muốn khai thác&#x20;

**Lưu ý:** Cán bộ tuyển dụng có thể **thêm ứng viên vào tin tuyển dụng** để khai thác bằng cách **Tạo nhanh / Import Excel / Scan**  hoặc **thêm từ Kho ứng viên**.&#x20;

**Bước 4:** Tiến hành khai thác ứng viên theo từng bước trong quy trình tuyển dụng bằng cách kéo thả hoặc chuyển bước trong màn hình chi tiết ứng viên

* Xem thông tin ứng tuyển

* Xem lịch sử hoạt động&#x20;
* Khai thác với tin tuyển dụng khác
* Xoá khỏi tin tuyển dụng hiện tại&#x20;
