# Thông báo nhắc nhở

Thiết lập thông báo nhắc nhở theo một khoảng thời gian nhất định sẽ giúp đảm bảo các quy trình quan trọng như xử lý yêu cầu, quản lý hồ sơ, chấm thi và tuyển dụng được thực hiện một cách hiệu quả, chính xác và kịp thời. 

**Lưu ý**: Tài khoản email kết nối đã được thêm vào workspace. 

**Bước 1:** Tại màn hình Tuỳ chỉnh, nhấn chọn Hoạt động nhắc nhở

**Bước 2:**  Nhập các thông số nhắc nhở phù hợp với doanh nghiệp&#x20;

**Bước 3**: Nhấn Lưu thông tin để hoàn tất quá trình
