# Khai thác ứng viên cho tin tuyển dụng hoặc yêu cầu tuyển dụng

Để khai thác ứng viên trong **Kho ứng viên** cho tin tuyển dụng hoặc yêu cầu tuyển dụng, bạn tiến hành theo 2 cách sau:

**Cách 1:**

Tại màn hình **Kho ứng viên:**

**Bước 1**: Tìm đến ứng viên bạn muốn Khai thác. Nhấn biểu tượng ![](https://lh7-us.googleusercontent.com/hwhQDKH29RgHTgz3BzfzqXnfRTT23HVOyPr95J1ayK5X17LcY2d0jyMJkF7doGtLSBerq1eccA7Tp6hQYvVArmyNZfD0ko8IrRqpMcPIz6akDQqpY__AMeg1PePz4o6-CgmgJL4Ypz_vyZ-7HOOHRUA)và chọn T**hêm vào Tin tuyển dụng**

**Bước 2:** Lựa chọn tin tuyển dụng bạn muốn khai thác ứng viên

**Bước 4:** Nhấn **Thêm**

**Bước 5:** Nhấn **Xong** để hoàn tất quá trình

**Cách 2:**

Tại màn hình [**Xem chi tiết ứng viên**](/thao-tac-su-dung/quan-ly-kho-ung-vien/xem-chi-tiet-thong-tin-ung-vien-trong-kho-ung-vien.md) trong **Kho ứng viên**:

**Bước 1:** Nhấn chọn **Thêm vào tin tuyển dụng.**

**Bước 2:** Lựa chọn tin tuyển dụng bạn muốn khai thác ứng viên

**Bước 4:** Nhấn **Xong** để hoàn tất quá trình
